Callable by whitelistManager or the admin. A batch with mismatched lengths reverts (LengthMismatch). Emits TokenWhitelistUpdated(token, tokenType).

Token parameters are in token base units. USDG has 6 decimals and ETH has 18, so the same number means very different amounts. The contract’s 1% and 5% ceilings bound the damage of a decimals mistake.
