Veilify works with hardware wallets because it asks them to sign only things they already know how to sign.

Set up

1

Connect through your wallet app

Use MetaMask, Rabby or Frame with your Ledger or Trezor connected.
2

Add Veilify Network

Approve the network. The device itself doesn’t need to know about it. It signs whatever chain ID the transaction carries.
3

Enable blind signing if prompted

Some devices need blind signing or contract data enabled for typed data or contract calls.

Why this is safe

The spending key stays on the device. The proxy receives a signed transaction for an exact recipient, amount and token. The circuit proves that signature, so the proxy cannot turn it into anything else.
Check the recipient and amount on the device screen. That is exactly what the circuit binds.

Staggered withdrawals

A staggered withdrawal asks for one signature per leg, up to five. Each prompt shows that leg’s recipient and amount.
