Swaps go live on Robinhood Chain only after a compatible Uniswap V2 router, WETH and enough liquidity are verified on-chain. Until then the Swap action is disabled.
A private swap spends notes of one token and creates a note of another. The trade executes on a public Uniswap V2 pair, but it cannot be linked to you. The output lands back in your veiled balance.

Swap

1

Pick tokens and amount

Choose input and output tokens. Paths can have up to four hops.
2

Set slippage

The app computes amountOutMin from an honest quote and your slippage tolerance.
3

Sign

Confirm the swap in your wallet on Veilify Network.
4

Executed

The pool verifies the proof, swaps through the router, and adds the output note.

Protections enforced by the contract

  • Non-zero minimum output. amountOutMin = 0 is rejected (ZeroAmountOutMin). A zero floor would let a sandwich take the whole swap.
  • Short deadline. The router deadline must be within 30 minutes of execution (DeadlineTooFar). A proof can’t be held back and executed later at a worse price.
  • Whitelisted path. Every token in the path must be whitelisted.
  • Exit pause. Swaps stop when withdrawals are paused, because the input leaves the pool.

What is public

The swap amounts, tokens and pair are public. The person behind them is not. The output note is encrypted to you.

Supported router functions

The fee-on-transfer variants are used automatically when a token in the path is whitelisted as ERC20_FEE_ON_TRANSFER.
