A staggered withdrawal turns one large exit into up to five smaller legs. Each leg has its own amount, recipient and round. Legs succeed or fail independently.

Why stagger

One 3 ETH withdrawal right after a 3 ETH deposit is easy to link. Three 1 ETH withdrawals to three fresh addresses, across three rounds, are much harder.

Create a staggered exit

1

Add legs

Choose 2–5 legs. For each, set an amount, a recipient and a round within the next 24 hours. Two legs can’t share a round (legs_same_round).
2

Review

The app shows each leg’s fee, the gas reserve per leg, and what each recipient receives.
3

Prepare all legs

The app gives the staggered withdrawal a random 32-byte group ID and prepares every leg as { id, index, count }. If any preparation fails, the earlier ones are cancelled. Nothing has been signed yet.
4

Sign every leg up front

Your wallet asks for one signature per leg. You sign them all now, then you can close the app.
5

Each leg leaves at its round

Legs are proven and sent at their own rounds. Activity tracks each one.

Partial outcomes

Signing up front does not mean the funds leave then. Legs can end differently:
You can retry the remaining legs, keep the legs already signed, or cancel the signed legs.
The other legs are unaffected. The failed leg’s value stays in your veiled balance.
If the app can’t tell whether a signature was accepted, it marks the leg maybe sent and does not resubmit blindly. It reconciles against your withdrawal history first.
A leg that has started sending can’t be cancelled (too_late_to_cancel). Cancellation is only shown as done when the service confirms it.
